Romans 6:1-4

1 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?  2 May it never be! We who died to sin, how could we live in it any longer?  3 Or don't you know that all we who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death?  4 We were buried therefore with him through baptism to death, that just like Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we also might walk in newness of life.

Matthew 16:13-16

15 He said to them, "But who do you say that I am?”

16 Simon Peter answered, "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God."

Luke 5:20-21

21 The scribes and the Pharisees began to reason, saying, "Who is this that speaks blasphemies? Who can forgive sins, but God alone?"

John 20:31

31 but these are written, that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in his name.

Colossians 1:15-17

15 who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation.  16 For by him were all things created, in the heavens and on the earth, things visible and things invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers; all things have been created through him, and for him.  17 He is before all things, and in him all things are held together.
