Philippians 4:5-7

5 Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand.  6 In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.  7 The peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

2 Timothy 1:3-7

3 I thank God, whom I serve as my forefathers did, with a pure conscience. How unceasing is my memory of you in my petitions, night and day  4 longing to see you, remembering your tears, that I may be filled with joy;  5 having been reminded of the unfeigned faith that is in you; which lived first in your grandmother Lois, and your mother Eunice, and, I am persuaded, in you also.

6 For this cause, I remind you that you should stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands.  7 For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control.

Matthew 6:25-27

25 Therefore, I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing?  26 See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?

27 “Which of you, by being anxious, can add one cubit to the measure of his life?

Hebrews 11:6

6 Without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him.

James 1:5

5 But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him.

James 5:13

13 Is any among you suffering? Let him pray. Is any cheerful? Let him sing praises.

Psalms 34:4

4 I sought Yahweh, and he answered me,  And delivered me from all my fears.
