Matthew 20:17-19

17 As Jesus was going up to Jerusalem, he took the twelve disciples aside, and on the way he said to them,  18 “Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be delivered to the chief priests and scribes, and they will condemn him to death,  19 and will hand him over to the Gentiles to mock, to scourge, and to crucify; and the third day he will be raised up.”

Luke 24:9-12

9 returned from the tomb, and told all these things to the eleven, and to all the rest.  10 Now they were Mary Magdalene, Joanna, and Mary the mother of James. The other women with them told these things to the apostles.  11 These words seemed to them to be nonsense, and they didn't believe them.  12 But Peter got up and ran to the tomb. Stooping and looking in, he saw the strips of linen lying by themselves, and he departed to his home, wondering what had happened.

Luke 24:36-43

36 As they said these things, Jesus himself stood among them, and said to them, “Peace be to you.”

37 But they were terrified and filled with fear, and supposed that they had seen a spirit.

38 He said to them, “Why are you troubled? Why do doubts arise in your hearts?  39 See my hands and my feet, that it is truly me. Touch me and see, for a spirit doesn't have flesh and bones, as you see that I have.”  40 When he had said this, he showed them his hands and his feet.  41 While they still didn't believe for joy, and wondered, he said to them, “Do you have anything here to eat?”

42 They gave him a piece of a broiled fish and some honeycomb.  43 He took them, and ate in front of them.

John 21:1-9

1 After these things, Jesus revealed himself again to the disciples at the sea of Tiberias. He revealed himself this way.  2 Simon Peter, Thomas called Didymus, Nathanael of Cana in Galilee, and the sons of Zebedee, and two others of his disciples were together.  3 Simon Peter said to them, "I'm going fishing."  They told him, "We are also coming with you." They immediately went out, and entered into the boat. That night, they caught nothing.  4 But when day had already come, Jesus stood on the beach, yet the disciples didn't know that it was Jesus.  5 Jesus therefore said to them, “Children, have you anything to eat?”  They answered him, "No."

6 He said to them, “Cast the net on the right side of the boat, and you will find some.”  They cast it therefore, and now they weren't able to draw it in for the multitude of fish.  7 That disciple therefore whom Jesus loved said to Peter, "It's the Lord!"  So when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he wrapped his coat around him (for he was naked), and threw himself into the sea.  8 But the other disciples came in the little boat (for they were not far from the land, but about two hundred cubits away), dragging the net full of fish.  9 So when they got out on the land, they saw a fire of coals there, and fish laid on it, and bread.

Philippians 2:6-11

6 who, existing in the form of God, didn't consider it robbery to be equal with God,  7 but emptied himself, taking the form of a servant, being made in the likeness of men.  8 And being found in human form, he humbled himself, becoming obedient to death, yes, the death of the cross.  9 Therefore God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name;  10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth,  11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Mark 1:16-20

16 Passing along by the sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and Andrew the brother of Simon casting a net in the sea, for they were fishermen.  17 Jesus said to them, “Come after me, and I will make you into fishers for men.”

18 Immediately they left their nets, and followed him.  19 Going on a little further from there, he saw James the son of Zebedee, and John, his brother, who were also in the boat mending the nets.  20 Immediately he called them, and they left their father, Zebedee, in the boat with the hired servants, and went after him.

John 21:10-14

10 Jesus said to them, “Bring some of the fish which you have just caught.”

11 Simon Peter went up, and drew the net to land, full of great fish, one hundred fifty-three; and even though there were so many, the net wasn't torn.

12 Jesus said to them, “Come and eat breakfast.”  None of the disciples dared inquire of him, "Who are you?" knowing that it was the Lord.

13 Then Jesus came and took the bread, gave it to them, and the fish likewise.  14 This is now the third time that Jesus was revealed to his disciples, after he had risen from the dead.
